Andy Teoh begin his real estate journey in 2019, an amateur at that time but with his excellent results and aggression, he started a Real Estate agency name Aliprop Realty in 2020 with a partner. Unfortunately he was treated unfairly, so he decided to leave and start up a brand new , younger, Property Marketing agency - GAP in 2022
We Gap have started to focus on industrial projects, beginning with our main core project, NCT Smart Industrial Park, where we achieved excellent results. Since then, we have explored other industrial projects, and we have never failed.
